Peanut butter fudge-

I’ve been wanting to make this for a while so I found a good recipe today and decided to try it. I like peanut butter :D
INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 cup butter
* 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
* 1/2 cup milk
* 3/4 cup peanut butter
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
DIRECTIONS

1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioners’ sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8×8 inch dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

~Oatmeal WhiteChocolate Chip cookies~
I found a really good recipe for Oatmeal cookies and also added white chocolate chips and they were good! Very buttery, so if you like that (I do) you will like these :D
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups Oatmeal
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Make 1 inch rounded balls, about 3 inches apart. Slightly flatten them so they will spread out more. Bake at 375f for 10 minutes. And they should look something like this

Let me know if you make them! :D
