Cherry picking~

Today we went cherry picking in an orchard which a friend of a friend owns. We got permission to pick there for free since they’d already harvested what they wanted.
There were really a lot of them left though! So we got quite a few today. I want to go back tomorrow, though! It was really fun, hehe. And there’s still soo many cherries! Mostly at the top of the trees but those are the fun ones IMO.

I probably ate more than I brang home So hopefully I won’t get sick, but oh well. They were good!

Mom was the practical one of us. She got the ones closer to the ground.

Someone had to watch out for us, hehe.
These are some berries we have. I think they’re buffalo berries.

We have so many I decided to try making a pie with them.

It wasn’t exactly a pie. More like a crisp or cobbler in a pie dish, hehe. But it was good
I’ll probably be making cherry pies now! I really like this season~
